Role models are meant to inspire, instruct, and to set a good example.

My girl friend used to only practice yoga on her free time. She is a flight attendant and it was tough for her to prepare meals before her flight. She used to be one of those girls think that lifting weight and protein shake will turn her into a bodybuilder instantaneously.

I cannot recall how many times we had arguments over training and eating smart. Until recently she tried out flexible diet, then she noticed that by eating smart, she loses her love handle and while she can enjoy the food she likes(ice cream, noodles, even cheese cake).

Now she request me to show her how to lift properly and is upset that she can only lift lightly during her short visit. She even prepares her meals before her flight and will do grocery for herself in outport.

Whether you are trying to teach someone or motivate others. One of the most important aspect is to be honest, thoughtful and consistent. When addressing a diet, we must deeply consider the adherence of the specific person needs. The meal planning does not need to be perfect. What's important is a start. A good diet should be sustainable.
